Terms and Conditions

Every services has its own amendment/cancellation policies, before booking with Filrose Travel and Tours, clients or passenger has to read policy of that particular services.   Any amendment or cancellation of the booking, the clients or passenger is requested to amend or cancel the booking made through the portal and send email as well. Once Filrose Travel and Tours received the request, we will acknowledge the same via email stating the applicable charges.  Filrose Travel and Tours are entitled to cancel the booking / services through the booking portal as per the mentioned cancellation deadline.    No refund to the clients or passenger shall be made in the event of cancellation after the mentioned deadline.    No refund shall be made in the event of a 'no-show' without prior notice, the charges shall be applicable as per the refund / cancellation policy of that particular service or product.   In the event that Supplier cancel a particular service, FilroseTravel and Tours shall inform the Client or passenger once we received the information from supplier and offer alternative services.   If Client’s did not use the paid booking service partially or full, Filrose Travel and Tours will not make any refund in all the circumstances.   Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment   The clients or passenger will pay according to current prices at the time of online confirmation of booking. Both price and availability of the selected service may be subject to change before confirmation of the booking.   Payment can be process through cash deposit to the bank account or via integrated payment to Filrose Travel and Tours account.   Transaction processing charge will be done by the clients or passenger for using the payment. If the transaction has been cancelled by the clients or passenger, processing charges still apply to the card holder.   In the event that payment for the booking is not received by the date and payment method agreed or that there is a failure to fulfil all requirements, Filrose Travel and Tours will automatically cancel the booking without prior notice.
